In 1993, Josh opened his training/consulting firm, following twelve years in various positions with a Harrisburg-based consulting company. His work takes him into all areas of leadership development and customer service, with client organizations of many types. Josh has a bachelor's degree from The College of Wooster, and advanced degrees from University of Illinois (Chicago) and McCormick Theological Seminary. His community associations include: Board chair of Brethren Housing Association; member of Ridgeway Community Church of the Brethren (brass quartet and choir member); member and past officer of Central PA Chapter American Society of Training and Development. Josh deeply values family relationships. He and his wife, Linda, live in the Harrisburg area. They are proud of their two sons, Greg and Neil, who live out of state, and of their new granddaughter, Maddie.

Favorites:
  • Fishing, golfing and trivia contests.
  • I dream of taking a long, uninterrupted fishing expedition to a remote area with good friends and astounding fish!
