Who We Are
Dennis Clemmer
Dennis has been a business partner to Roger since 2003. As a licensed clinical social worker with a family therapy background, Dennis has a passion for working with family-owned businesses and in assisting companies to successfully transition leadership responsibilities. Dennis believes that a good dose of levity helps create an enjoyable work culture. He holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Mennonite University and a master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dennis serves on the Tabor Community Services Board of Directors. He and his wife Fern have two grown daughters. The couple's annual highlight is vacationing at their villa in Hilton Head where they enjoy golf.
